Are your air boxes fully sealed?
Unlike other air boxes, ours lids are sealed with a solid O ring, eliminating the risk of improper seal joins. Each lid is closed with 12 M5 button head bolts, providing a dust and water tight seal. Our air boxes all have a vacuum drain valve to drain any water that may enter the air box. Our clear top designs have a clear visual window to inspect your air box and filter with a direct line of sight to the valve.

How do I purchase the opposite side/second snorkel if I already have one?

I received the template but it is for the wrong side
Our templates can be used on either side of the vehicle, simply make the cut outs as guided and place upside down on the opposite side of the car.
What is the difference between raw stainless, clean weld and seamless finish?
We offer several finish types to suit all budgets. Our raw stainless option is the most budget friendly and retains all of the colours from the welding process and all joins are visible within the snorkel. Clean weld finish still shows the joins/welds however the colour from the welds is removed providing a more uniform look. Our seamless finish is most popular whereby all seams and joins are machined down to make the snorkel appear as a single piece of tube.
Production & Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Our fabricated products have an estimated 8 week lead time prior to shipping.
All goods are shipped from regional Victoria, Australia via Team Global Express and generally take approx. 3-7 business days to arrive.
You will receive tracking details via email upon shipment. If you have not received these details, please check your spam folder prior to contacting us
Where do you deliver?
We offer FREE shipping Australia wide on all snorkels, air boxes and packages.
We have previously shipped to many overseas destinations in the past. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched you may contact us to update your shipping address. Please note we cannot always guarantee an address change so please ensure you carefully complete your details at checkout.
What happens if my parcel is damaged in transit?
At KF, all items leave in ‘as new’ condition and we ensure our parcels are properly and appropriately packed to ensure the safety of the items in transit. We understand that during freight although rare, it is possible for an item to become damaged. We do not take responsibility for this damage but will assist the customer to fix/repair these items within a suitable timeframe.
If this has occurred, please make contact with us immediately upon receipt of you items and attach photos of the product and damaged packaging.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept credit card payments, Paypal and Afterpay on our website.

How will I know that my order has been received?
Once you have placed your order, an automatically generated email will be sent to you to confirm your purchase. Please check your details carefully at checkout as an incorrectly entered email address will cause you to miss out on such notifications.

Refunds
How can I get a refund?
All return policies issued by Knight Fabrication are in alignment with Australian Consumer Law. Knight Fabrication does not accept returns for change of mind purchases. It is the customers responsibility to choose and review their product prior to checkout. It is expected that customers understand the product they are purchasing and fitment requirements prior to purchasing.
Knight Fabrication will not take any responsibility for any incorrect installation or damages caused during fitment.
Knight Fabrication is in no way responsible for any costs associated with the exchange of products unless in the unlikely event that your item is deemed faulty under warranty. All return postage is at your own expense. We recommend returning your items in a trackable parcel with a reputable carrier as Knight Fabrication will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. If this issue arises all enquiries should be directed to your chosen freight service.
Knight Fabrication reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item returned is not shown to be faulty.
Product Aftercare
How frequently should I check/change my filter?
A visual inspection should be carried out at every service interval and more often if used in more harsh/demanding conditions. Please ensure the filter that you select is fit for purpose as we offer a variety of filters for differing applications.
How frequently should I change the O ring in my air box?
A visual inspection should be carried out on the O ring and the vacuum valve at every service interval and more often if used in more harsh/demanding conditions. These components should be changed as soon as they begin to show signs of wear or deterioration.
